Edible flowers are all the rage these days. We eat with our eyes, and despite how simple the decoration is, this cake is sure to turn heads.
I made this cake for Peanut’s Spring party at school, but since it has caffeine, sugar and syrup, it’s really for the teachers, to say Thank you for looking after my Peanut.
I could never understand kids who hate school, because it’s a place to meet new friends, and at this age, play!
During my four months in London delivering my second, we enrolled Peanut at nursery in London. Although this nursery was catered, I insisted on continuing to provide Peanut with his daily lunch bag. Soon after he had adapted to the new nursery, it turned out he didn’t want my lunch anymore!
